Starting windows XP

When we switch on our computer having windows as the operating system. Windows gets loaded automatically. The display image on your screen is called the windows desktop. It is the background image of a display screen,on which windows,icons and other graphical items appear.

After getting desktop, with the help off following steps we can open the program.

• Click on start button.
• Select all programs option.
• Select Microsoft office.
• Click the required option from the available list.

                       Or

• Click on start button.

  

  Run

• Click on run option.
• Types the program name in run dialog or select the program with the help of browse option.
• Click on OK button.
