How to Create Windows Multi Bootable USB Windows 7/8/10 (2019) 

Step 1: Download WinSetupFromUSB and Open the Software Both Version 32Bits/64Bits
Step 2: Connect the USB flash drive to your Personal computer.
Step 3: Now Show your USB Flash Drive or Click Refresh, if it is not Show on the list.
Step 4: Tick Auto format it with FBinst.
Note: You have to tick this option only for the first ISO installation.

Step 5: Click Advanced options Button.
Step 6: Tick Mark the Custom menu names for Vista/7/8/Server Source checkbox. Now Click the Cross (X) button to exit Advanced Options.

Step 7: Now Click or Tick Mark on Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / Server 2008/2012 based ISO and add the ISO file for your Windows 7 or 8 or 10 For example, I am using the Windows 10 ISO.
Note: If the size of your ISO is larger than 4 GB, it will show a message to split the file into parts. This is because you’ve chosen the FAT32 option. Click OK.

Step 8: Now Click GO Button. A data deletion warning message will be displayed. This is because you will chosen to format the USB flash drive and now Click Yes.
Note: Do remember to check the flash drive name before clicking Yes. Else, you’ll end up formatting some other connected storage media.

Step 9: Another warning message will be displayed and telling you that all the partitions will be erased. Now Click Yes.

Step 10: Now, it will ask for the folder name. Type the desired one in 30 seconds otherwise it will be auto select. Now Click OK.

Step 11: Now It will ask for the boot menu Name. This will appear or Show when you run the multiboot USB Pen Drive on PC or Computer and Ask choose an operating system. So Type your desired name like Windows 7 64-bit. Now Click OK.

Step 12: The process will take few minutes or 2 to 8 Minutes to finish.

Step 13 : Click on Job Done and Finish now Click Exit to Close.

How to add the second ISO file in the Multiboot USB Disk?

Step 1: Start the tool again.
Step 2: Now Select your USB flash drive in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click Advanced Options and look for Custom menu names for Vista/7/8/10/Server Source.
Note: Don’t Click Auto format with FBinst. That’s because it will remove your previous ISO file.
Step 4: Add the second ISO file for your multiboot USB.
Step 5: Click GO and repeat the steps mentioned earlier.
Step 6: Follow the same process to add more ISO files.
