Computer System.

The set of equipment of different pasts connected to the computer for its smooth operation is called a computer system. It is just like the system of our body. The main parts of a computer system are:

• Hardware

                     All the physical components of a computer which we can touch or feel are called computer hardware. following are the essential computer hardware parts to make a complete computer system:

1. Input devices: Keyboard, Mouse, Joystick, LIght pen, Scanner etc.
2. Output devices: Monitor , Printer, Speaker, Plotter etc.
3. Storage devices: Harddisk , Floppy Disk, Cd-Rom, DVD, Pen drives etc.
4. Processing device: CPU
5. Power supply device: Volt guard, UPS, Spike guard etc...(power supply devices are optional hardware in a computer system)

• Software

                        The collection of computer programs is known as software. It provides guidelines to the hardware to do some work. Software can be compared to the soul of our body. It is invisible and not in existence without the help of hardware but it controls overall operation to the computer.
following are the some software which we used in a computer systems:
Ms- Word, Ms-Excel,Ms-power Point , Ms-Access etc.

• User

                The person, Who uses or operates a computer, is known as a User. A computer cannot do anything by itself, So, The user is the key person to handle the computer.

• Data

                    Computer is a dead machine without data. Data is the collection of facts that can be processed to produce the meaningful information. So, Data is necessary to operate the computer.
